If a match is cancelled: If a match is abandoned entirely, all related bets will be refunded. Matches completed via the DLS method will be settled based on the official DLS result.

Result Disputes: The official results announced by the relevant sports governing body or league authority will serve as the basis for all bet settlements on Betjelly.

• Transacting with stolen or illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to steal another user's information or gain unauthorized access to their account.

• Operating an account under a false identity.

You can close your Betjelly account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you.

Betjelly may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
